Welcome to the club

Здравствуй, юный падаван. Ты попал на наш уютный сервер. Не обращай внимание на то, что по дороге в хирургию тебя могут убить, задушить, расчленить (есть между этими терминами разница?). Твоё призвание - спасать (или убивать - сам решай) жизни людей. Лучше всего, конечно, работать патологоанатомом - там пациенты не шевелятся, но уж если выбрал профессию хирурга - тащи сей груз на плечах своих пациентов. Не забывай мыть руки и стирать одежду - по следам крови легко вычислить убийцу. Твои лучшие друзья - пила, и баллон с анестезией (он просто тяжёлый). Помни, что в самой хирургии ты можешь рассчитывать только на себя, и никто не поможет тебе задушить и ограбить капитана во время операции - надейся только на себя. Ну и кроме пилы тебе будут нужны другие инструменты.

Хирургические инструменты

Все это используется для проведения операций. Эти предметы можно найти в Операционной и Роботике.Так же можно их можно сделать в Автолате или заказать у Каптера. Лучше всего класть их на свои места, тогда тебе и другим врачам не придется искать их по всему Медбею.

Хирургическое покрывало Можно найти в: Операционной и Роботике. Так же можно сделать в Автолате или заказать у Каптера Для чего использовать: Для определения, где конкретно ты будешь резать пациента. Как использовать: Используй покрывало на пациенте, который (предпочтительно) лежит на операционном столе. Описание Брендовое покрывало Nanotrasen, которое позволяет защитить пациента от инфекции.

Скальпель Можно найти в: Операционной и Роботике. Так же можно сделать в Автолате или заказать у Каптера Для чего использовать: Для надрезов во время операции и ближнего боя. Как использовать: Используй на пациенте, которому нужно провести надрез Описание Нарезай их кубиками

Циркулярная пила Можно найти в: Операционной и Роботике. Так же можно сделать в Автолате или заказать у Каптера Для чего использовать: Для резки костей, мозгов и дровишек. Как использовать: Используй, когда понадобится что то резать (очевидно, да?) Описание Обрати внимание на пятна крови; если их нету... Ты уже знаешь, что делаешь, плохиш. Ею Доктора вырезают мозги, которые пихнут в киборгов. Еще это очень эффективное оружие. Так же ей просто ослепить себя и других людей, поэтому лучше не бегать с нею в руках. Еще ей можно резать дрова.

Так же можно сделать в Автолате или заказать у Каптера Для чего использовать: Сверлить кости Как использовать: Используй, когда понадобится что то сверлить (очевидно, да?) Описание Используется для хирургических операций. Удивительно Робастна, особенно если бить в глаза.

Зажим Можно найти в: Операционной и Роботике. Так же можно сделать в Автолате или заказать у Каптера Для чего использовать: Останавливать кровотечения Как использовать: Используй, когда нужно будет остановить кровь Описание "Ты же знаешь, что с ним делать, так?"

Термокаутер Можно найти в: Операционной и Роботике. Так же можно сделать в Автолате или заказать у Каптера Для чего использовать: Прижигать раны для остановки кровотечений Как использовать: Используй, когда нужно будет прижечь ранку Описание Останавливает кровь.

Анестезия Можно найти в: Операционной и Роботике. Так же можно сделать в Автолате или заказать у Каптера Для чего использовать: Для вырубания пациента. Как использовать: Смотри ниже Описание Наполнен закисью азота и кислородом. Используется, чтобы пациент не сбежал не почувствовал боли. Как использовать: Всё по пунктам: Всё по пунктам: Раздеть пациента, уложить на операционный стол. Взять маску, нацепить на его наглую рожу. Взять баллон с анестезией, вырубить пациента ударом по голове прицепить вместо ранца (это на спину значит). Включить давление. Пошаговая инструкция: ЛКМ перетащить спрайт пациента на себя. В появившемся меню, где-то внизу, должна быть кнопочка set internals, нажимаем. Готово. Ждём пока уснёт. Выполнить операцию. Снять баллон и маску. Стащить пациента со стола и отдать ему его вещи. Выгнать нахрен из хирургии, ибо стерильность нарушает.

Surgical Procedures

For every step there are ghetto analogues. Using them lowes chances of performing a step correctly, wounding your patient. Hover your cursor over the item's name to see the chances.

General

Step 1: Place the patient onto the operating table.

• If there is no table, you can use: any table (80%), any bed (70%), ask them to lie on the floor (50%). Chances of successfully completing every step will be reduced.

Step 1.5: Use a tank of anesthetic and a breath mask to make your patient sleep. (Optional)

Step 2: Switch to help intent.

Step 3: Aim at the appropriate body part (Important!)

Step 4: Place drapes or bedsheet over the part of body you are operating.

Step 5: Do the surgery.

Step 6: Wake up the patient and kick them out.

Appendectomy

If it's useless, tear it out.

Brain Removal

The nerds next door may be doing rocket science, but hey, it's not exactly brain surgery.

Eye Surgery

Fixing blindness.

• Failing the step 5 will cause 100 brain damage to the patient.

Gender Reassignment

For when something other than xeno scum is trapped in your body.
