Данная статья является дополнением к Guide to Roleplaying и ответом на многочисленные вопросы в духе "знает ли мой персонаж о...".
Замечание по поводу Синдиката
Ваш персонаж может не знать о многих предметах экипировки Синдиката. Например, охрана знать НЕ знает о емагах, войсчейнджерах и многом другом. Если же на станции явно орудует Синдикат, всем отделам рекомендуется поделиться имеющейся информацией о его экипровке с остальным экипажем.
Смерть и клонирование
Есть несколько основных моментов, которые применяются к большинству пациентов, являющихся симптомами расстройства памяти при клонировании. Они вызваны неожиданными обстоятельствами после появления в криокамере, либо из-за ужасов, которые человек видел в момент смерти.
Обычные симптомы:
- Дезориентация.
- Клоны не помнят об обстоятельствах своей смерти или о чём-либо, что произошло после записи на диск.
- Клоны испытывают необъяснимый страх ко всему, что связано с обстоятельствами их смерти.
Знания членов экипажа
Весь экипаж
Любой член экипажа может:
- Пользоваться аптечкой первой помощи (см. также: Guide to Medicine);
- Распознать оперативника Синдиката по красному скафандру;
- Распознать агента Синдиката по необычному меню Notekeeper'а в PDA;
- Разбираться в Space Law.
- Пользоваться оборудованием после прочтения инструкции к нему (например, книга, посвящённая клонированию, в Genetics).
Инженерный Отдел
Работники инженерного отдела могут распознать Power Sink как экипировку Синдиката - и, разумеется, связать неожиданное отключение электричества по всей станции с его использованием.
Station Engineer и Chief Engineer могут распознать Cryptographic Sequencer и знают о спутнике ИИ.
Отдел Cнабжения
Данный отдел не располагает ценными сведениями.
Медицинский Отдел
Работники медицинского отдела могут распознать действие Toxin Pill. Также CMO известно о возможном использовании флэша (flash) для промывания мозгов.
Исследовательский Отдел
Research Director
Владеет широкими познаниями в области запрещённого снаряжения. Он может опознать:
- Syndicate Uplink
- Binary Translator
- Voice Changer
- Cloacking Device
- Syndicate Bomb
- EMP Grenade
- Chameleon Jumpsuit
- Detomatix Cartridge
- Cryptographic Sequencer
- Chameleon Projector
Также ему в общих чертах известно о ксеноморфах.
Geneticist
Умеет обращаться с модификатором ДНК.
После обследования посеревшего деформированного трупа может придти к выводу, что на станции находится существо, поглощающее ДНК других существ.
Roboticist
Знает про Binary Translator и EMP-гранаты.
Scientist
Может отличить Syndicate Bomb от обычной бомбы. Знает об EMP-гранатах.
Служба Безопасности
Любой представитель Службы Безопасности может опознать опасное вооружение Синдиката:
- Ammo 357
- Revolver
- Energy Sword
- EMP Grenade
- Energy Crossbow
Ещё раз подчеркну: СБ известно только об этих предметах. Исключением является HoS, способный распознатьCloaking Device.
Гражданский Персонал
Librarian
Располагает любой информацией, содержащейся в его библиотеке.
Chaplain
Знает о Культе. При обнаружении признаков его деятельности должен немедленно сообщить главам об опасности, исходящей от данной секты.
Командование
Как HoP, так и Captain известно про:
- Syndicate Uplink
- Cloacking Device
- Syndicate Card
- Chameleon Jumpsuit
- Cryptographic Sequencer
Captain, кроме этого, обладает информацией, доступной Служье Безопасности.
