* R&D (not to be confused with the [[Research Director|RD]]) consists of [[scientist|scientists]] experimenting on individual objects found around the station by putting them in the Destructive Analyzer, which reverse-engineers and disintegrates the object. The Server Computer will allow you to then use the the technology from deconstructed objects to build more advanced and efficient versions of the original object, and even new tools such as laser cannons!

* РнД (не путайте с [[Research Director|РД]]) состоит из [[scientist|ученых]] эксперементирующих с разными обьектами находящимися на станции путем запихивания их в Destructive Analyzer, который уничтожает обьект исследуя его методом реверс-инжениринга. Server Computer позволит вам использовать полученные технологии из уничтоженных обьектов для постройки усовершенствованных версий оригинального предмета и даже получить новые инструменты или лазерные пушки!  

* Essentially this means that a scientist in this modern world doesn't actually have to know any of the concepts he's working with; it's all about melting things down and playing with the resulting toys! Ain't life grand?

* По сути, это значит что ученому в современном мире совершенно не нужно разбираться с чем он работает, он просто плавит вещи и играется с полученными в результате игрушками. Разве это не замечательная жизнь?

Note that this guide is just mostly about what type of technology different items are. There are many, many ways to do R&D.

Заметьте что в этой гайде приведены только самые распространенные вещи создающиеся с помощью технологий. В РнД можно делать еще много, много всякого.
