Согханы это рептилии примерно человеческого роста, только чуть выше. Основной цвет кожи зелёный, хотя иногда можно встретить и коричневый, синий либо жёлтый. Когти есть на пальцах рук и ног. У них пять пальцев.

Сердце расположено по двум сторонам торса, что создаёт иллюзию двух сердец. У них есть ряд прямых острых зубов, которые при правильном уходе имеют грязно-белый цвет.
